There is no minimum order value but there are delivery charges for items/totals under a certain value.
Light items incur a delivery charge of £10.80 if your order is below £90. Heavy Items incur a £54 Delivery Charge as they must be delivered on a pallet.
Yes. Products can be returned unless it’s a bespoke or made to order product.
Products are subject to a thorough checking process before being dispatched to ensure no faulty or defective items are sent.
All of our composite/plastic products are normally shipping in a well packaged cardboard box via UPS. All polymer concrete products and heavy goods are securely fastened to a pallet.
All material will be delivered by a courier such as Parcelforce ,UPS or by a haulage company either part of a pallet network organisation or private haulier depending on location.
