Haulage companies are experiencing extremely high levels of demand at the moment due to covid-19 and other circumstances out of our control. This may cause temporary delays in certain deliveries.
We do currently offer next-day dispatch on all qualifying orders. However due to the current climate in the UK and other recent issues with haulage companies. We cannot guarantee that an order placed on the next day will arrive on time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

All our deliveries will be made between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday.

Once you have received your delivery, you are responsible for receiving and counting the items. All items must be signed for if the carrier or delivery drive requires them. All deliveries must be signed for by the customer or a designated third party authorized by the paying customer.
**Do not sign for damaged goods or any deliveries notes as ‘unchecked’ this will be taken as being received in good condition. Any damages or shortages must be reported to via email at email@example.com within two working days.
We recommend that you wait until you receive your delivery before starting any site preparations. As Polydrainage cannot accept responsibility for any late deliveries or non-delivery due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
