Returns Policy

Customers are entitled to return items purchased from PolyDrainage within a 7-day period from the delivery of goods.  If you fail to do so and the 7-day window closes, your return will not be accepted.

All goods returned must be unused and in a resalable condition or they will not be accepted, and your refund will not be processed.

Returns on non-stock items or tailor-made orders may not be eligible for return or incur a re-stocking charge. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds –

Once your return has been delivered back to PolyDrainage and inspected we will send you an email to notify you of the received item and whether it has been accepted or rejected. If accepted your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied back to the card payment that was originally made. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for the payment to return to your bank account

All our Manhole Covers & Frames, Gully Grate and frames, and Surface Boxes are supplied directly by our manufacturer. All returns would incur a restocking charge plus the delivery cost back to the manufacturer based in the UK.

Late or missing refunds – 

Please be aware that refunds may take 3-5 working days to be processed and for the funds to arrive back into your account. If you are still yet to receive your refund within this time frame, please contact your bank as they may also have a processing time. Following on from this, if you are still yet to receive a refund, please contact us at sales@polydrainage.co.uk

Damages – 

Damage and Shortages must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery. We accept no liability for claims outside of this time limit.

Sale items/ End of Line Stock –

Sale items or end-of-line stock will not be accepted for refund. We can only accept refunds on Full-price items.

Exchanges –

At PolyDrainage we do accept refunds if a product arrives with a defective or any damage. If so and you would like to arrange an exchange, please contact us at sales@polydrainage.co.uk

Sale Items – 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges – 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to sales@polydrainage.co.uk

Return Shipping – 

To return your product, you should send an email to sales@polydrainage.co.uk to arrange delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
